The reason is we also have a Netscaler, and external clients that come through that have no issue launching applications. The internal clients all receive protocol driver error, so in my mind the XA servers are working as expected. We have 2 different web interfaces (5.4), one for external and 1 for internal.
The XTE log is showing a strange error also that I'm not familiar with.

I don't know why the port is 3389 instead of 2598 or 1494. Looking for some help in direction on where else to look, thanks in advance.
